Odyssey’s Care Angels provide Support at Home with private care services at home, putting your care, independence and decision-making in your own hands. We bring our five-star services to you, offering a range of Support at Home options, plus exclusive access to some of our exclusive experiences.

Management Fees – Support at Home
Care Management is included in your Support at Home budget and gives you a dedicated care partner to coordinate services, manage your budget, and support you as your needs change. There are no hidden fees — you only pay for the care management time you actually use, giving you transparency, flexibility, and peace of mind.

Additional Information
Minimum service increment:
Our minimum service increment is 15 minutes.
Service requests or adjustments:
All requests or adjustments require a minimum of two business days’ notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred times; however, scheduling adjustments may be necessary.
Service cancellations:
All cancellations require a minimum of two business days’ notice. Please provide at least two business days’ notice to cancel a scheduled service outside of an emergency. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the cancelled service. This policy also applies to clients who are absent for a scheduled service or activity.
Out-of-pocket contribution amounts for Support at Home:
Under the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, some clients may be asked to make a personal contribution toward the cost of their care. Your contribution percentage determines the amount you contribute. Services Australia will advise you of your contribution percentage, which is then applied against the service type and hourly rates. The current contribution percentages are stepped out below:

Out-of-scope services:
Any services deemed out of scope are unable to be funded through the Support at Home program, and instead private rates apply.
Pricing updates:
Odyssey reviews the Price List annually, with updated pricing released effective July each year.
