Episode 9 – Tim O’Maley and Rebecca Graham

This episode of Your Retirement Years presented by 4CRB, features Tim O’Maley and Rebecca Graham from MS Queensland.

Tim O’Maley is an MS Nurse Practitioner and MS Queensland’s Manager of Special Education. He has been working in neurosciences for over 23 years in the hospital, community and not for profit sectors. Tim has helped develop an immunotherapy support service and the PA Hospital in Brisbane and facilitated the establishment and service development for Wesley Mission Brisbane, successfully gaining full accreditation.

Rebecca Graham is the Fundraising and Events Project Manager at MS Queensland and has many years’ experience in event management, fundraising and connecting with the community. Rebecca has helped organise the highly successful MS Swimathons campaigns of which there are 10 around Queensland every year.

While this program usually focuses on retirement and aged care, this discussion delves into disabilities, getting community support and understanding disabilities, and in particular multiple sclerosis.
