Construction update May 2020

We are very pleased to share that we remain on schedule for our residents to move in late July, who we are very much looking forward to welcoming to Odyssey!

The roof has been completed on both Malibu and Ipanema, offering sweeping views of the Surfers Paradise skyline, the hinterland greenery and the mountains.

Over the next two weeks, the external scaffolding on both buildings will come down, revealing Odyssey’s attractive façade.

Energex have installed the transformer in the reserve so the building will now have its own power from early May – should be any day now.

And we have received approval for the final touches on our Landscape Architect plans which will take shape on the site in the coming weeks.
