Important message about COVID-19

We thought you may like a short update on how the Coronavirus has affected Odyssey. At this stage, the answer is, not too much I am glad to say.
It has been a wise decision to utilise Hutchison’s as our builder and as of Friday, they have advised us that we are still on time and that all critical materials and equipment are on site, in warehouse or available.
Our Display remains open and is available for viewing by appointment only. We sanitise everything at the display daily and adhere to the new social distancing rules vehemently.
We also have a virtual tour option to discuss Odyssey with folk that may feel more comfortable in talking with us but not actually physically walking through our Display.
For those who have already been to Odyssey, you will be able to remind yourself what your new home looks like via the virtual tour. Please feel free to share this with your family and friends.
Interestingly, we are better prepared than most for what the next 6 to 12 months may present to the world. Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Technology (IT) systems that we have invested in coupled with the completely self-sufficient apartments we offer, translate into a very safe environment indeed.
Clearly, we did not see this coming, but are pleased we already have the tools at hand to ensure you live in a very very safe environment. You have heard us say many times, “it is all about you”, and this remains so. On this front, please note that we are expanding our AI to incorporate thermal sensors in our lobby entry as to detect the early symptoms of a fever in any future visitors who may not be well.
Once you are in your new home at Odyssey, this will add another layer of protection for peace of mind.
In summary, we are on time and remain open and ready as of Friday if we need to communicate in a different way.
