Introducing our new Chef!

We are incredibly excited to extend a warm welcome to Odyssey’s new head chef David Humbert, a French master in culinary delights.
David is very passionate about food and believes that every meal should be spectacular but relatable.
He plans to set a new precedent for fine dining within the retirement and aged care sector and is set to dish up deliciousness round the clock at Odyssey!
A qualified French pastry chef with over 20 years in the industry, David has cooked up a storm in some of the most prominent restaurants and eateries across the Gold Coast and we are thrilled to have him on board!
