Mettle hits the top on Odyssey Robina’s final tower

Brisbane-based builder Mettle has celebrated a significant construction milestone with an afternoon ceremony to mark the topping out of Odyssey Lifestyle Care Communities’ Biarritz project. Set to deliver an additional 68 apartments across an eight-storey building, the final tower of Odyssey Robina will include a mix of one, two and three bedroom options as well as a suite of luxury amenities.

It’s a great milestone for the Odyssey Biarritz project to have the structure successfully topped out on programme and the construction team is now focussing on the finish to complete this remaining stage of the Odyssey Robina precinct. The ongoing collaborative approach between Odyssey and Mettle has put the project in a great position to finish on time, to the highest quality, aligning it to the needs of the local community.

Named after the stunning French coastal town of Biarritz, amenities will include a larger activities hub, more visiting medical area for doctors, physiotherapists and other allied health disciplines, a place of worship, movie area, hairdresser, gym, bocce green and outdoor sitting areas.
