Odyssey Chevron Island awarded for innovation

We are thrilled to share that our Chevron Island community has been recognised as the winner of the Ageing in Place and Innovation categories at the 2026 Queensland Apartment Awards for Excellence, alongside the Usher Group. The judges recognised Odyssey Chevron Island for its true integration of independent living, assisted living and high-care services, including dementia and palliative care, within one community.

The Apartment Awards for Excellence is designed to acknowledge those developments and apartment communities that are excelling in design and ongoing management, and this is a wonderful acknowledgement of the vision, creativity and collaboration that have gone into bringing Odyssey Chevron Island to life. We’re incredibly proud to share this recognition with everyone who has played a part in making the development what it is today.
